1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and RS222 ("RS222," "we," "the Platform") governing all use of the RS222 website, its related services, betting products, casino games, and promotional offers.

Your access to and use of RS222 confirms that you accept these Terms without reservation. This acceptance occurs whether you register a full account or simply browse the platform. RS222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

RS222 actively enforces its age verification policy. During registration, you will be required to verify your identity using a valid Pakistani mobile number. RS222 reserves the right to request additional age and identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Accounts of players who are found to be under 18 will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with RS222's minor protection policy.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

RS222 is intended for use by players located in and operating from Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using RS222 is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. RS222 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting or gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility as the player to understand and comply with the laws applicable to you.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one RS222 account only. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, RS222 will suspend all associated accounts pending investigation and may confiscate any bonuses or winnings obtained across those accounts.

3Account Registration

To access betting markets, games, and promotions on RS222, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify your number during registration. By completing registration, you agree to the full terms set out in this document.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. RS222 may request additional verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your RS222 account credentials, including your password. RS222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number. You must notify RS222 immediately at support@rs222.biz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. RS222 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

RS222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard financial services practices. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically as required, you may be asked to submit identity verification documents. These may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in a hold on withdrawals until verification is completed.

4Deposits and Payments

RS222 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions are processed through RS222's verified Pakistani payment partners. The following deposit methods are supported:

RS222 does not charge players any fees for making deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which RS222 is not responsible. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. RS222 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used must belong to and be operated by the registered account holder.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on RS222 can be made at any time for amounts above the minimum threshold of Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. RS222 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically within 30 minutes to 4 hours; NayaPay and SadaPay — within 2–6 hours; IBFT (bank transfer) — within 1–2 business days; Visa/Mastercard — within 3–5 business days. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing with guaranteed same-day processing on requests within standard limits.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawal requests may be held pending review if RS222's fraud detection or compliance systems flag unusual activity. RS222 aims to resolve any such review within 48 hours and to communicate clearly with the player throughout the process.

Bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) is available for withdrawal at any given time. The balance displayed in your account clearly distinguishes between your real-money balance and any active bonus balance.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses on RS222 carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Free spin winnings carry a 30× wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from the player's account.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New RS222 players who make a first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more are entitled to a 100% matched bonus up to Rs 50,000, subject to the 20× wagering requirement described above. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per mobile number, and per payment method. 6.3 Referral Bonus

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on RS222 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules that may apply to individual markets.

7.1 Bet Placement

Bets are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number from RS222. No bet is valid unless confirmed. RS222 uses the best available data to price its markets; however, in the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), RS222 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on RS222 across all markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before bet placement. RS222 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted. VIP members may be eligible for higher stake limits through their personal account managers.

7.3 In-Play Betting

RS222 offers live in-play betting on supported markets. Odds in live markets change continuously to reflect the current state of play. RS222 operates a brief delay between odds changes and bet confirmation to prevent exploitation of latency. During this delay, odds may move, and your bet may be confirmed at slightly different odds or rejected if the market has moved significantly. You will always be informed of the final confirmed odds before a bet is placed.

7.4 Results and Settlements

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute over a result, RS222 will wait for the official ruling before settling bets. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, in which case the original bet stands.

8Games and Slots

All games are provided by certified software providers and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 8.1 Jackpot Slots

Progressive jackpots on RS222 accumulate from a percentage of all bets placed on eligible games across the platform. Jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are subject to change at any moment as bets are placed. Payment of a jackpot win above Rs 5,00,000 may be subject to identity verification and may take up to 5 business days to process in full. RS222 reserves the right to pay large jackpot amounts in instalments, with prior notification to the winning player.

8.2 Ludo Tournaments

RS222's real-money Ludo tournaments operate under specific tournament rules published at the time of each event. Entry fees, prize structures, and tournament formats vary and are clearly displayed before entry. Disconnection during a live tournament game does not automatically void participation; RS222's system will attempt to reconnect the player. Where disconnection cannot be resolved, the player's position in the tournament will be determined based on their status at the point of disconnection.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on RS222 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating multiple accounts
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play casino games
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on information not available to the general public
• Collusion with other players in Ludo tournaments or live dealer games
• Using RS222 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you
• Providing false identity information or submitting falsified verification documents
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing RS222 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing RS222 using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

RS222 works with payment providers, industry fraud prevention networks, and where legally required, law enforcement authorities to investigate and report prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in fraud or criminal activity will have any funds frozen pending investigation.

10Account Suspension and Closure

RS222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or suspicious activity has occurred, or that account closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their RS222 account at any time by contacting support@rs222.biz. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure unless they have been fully cleared in accordance with wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed by RS222 due to a breach of these Terms, RS222 reserves the right to confiscate bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned at RS222's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

11Responsible Gaming

13Intellectual Property

All content on the RS222 platform — including but not limited to the RS222 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game content, written content, software, and the RS222 trademark — is the intellectual property of RS222 and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants players any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from RS222's intellectual property without express written permission.

Game content and software provided by RS222's software partners remains the intellectual property of those partners and is licensed to RS222 for use on the platform. Players access game content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

14Limitation of Liability

RS222 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While RS222 makes every effort to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. RS222 will not be held liable for losses caused by: platform downtime; internet connectivity issues on the player's side; incorrect odds display caused by data feed errors (in which case bets may be voided as described in Section 7); or force majeure events outside RS222's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS222's liability to any player arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. RS222 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

15Changes to These Terms

RS222 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations, RS222 will provide notice via email to the registered address or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of RS222 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you must stop using RS222 and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
